Our pre-approval to adopt Zoe Grace came today!!
What that means - the officials in China have given their blessing for us to adopt Zoe Grace and they are looking for the dossier from us. There is still the review of our dossier - or enormous package of documentation - but this is a HUGE step!
We are waiting on one page of documentation from Homeland Security, the 171H - and the last papers are on their way to China!
It is still a long wait - but every shred of progress is so welcomed!
