We are DTC!

And for those of you not embroiled in the adoption world acronyms - that means "Dossier to China". Which, for further explanation means that our Dossier - or pack of official certified and authenticated documents which tell our entire LIFE is now in the hands of the Chinese Consulate of Adoption Affairs. THIS IS HUGE! (and, of course, another miracle!)

What happens now is that the package goes to the "translation room" and then the "review room". Assuming that this all jives with what they saw in our earlier stuff (which is why/how we have a pre-approval) they will issue a Travel Approval (TA for acronym junkies) and a few days after that we will have our Consulate Appointment.

While the average wait is currently 90 days from here to TA - at least the clock is ticking! God has moved each piece perfectly - so I will continue to trust that the timing of this is perfect. Of course my last child arrived 6 weeks early - this time that would be welcomed!
